PLAVA Trading is led by Mohamad Hammoud, Managing Director and an agricultural engineer whose experience is rooted in farming, crop inputs and the commercial side of agricultural production.
We work across agricultural commodities, fresh produce, farming inputs and the practical services that connect growers, exporters and buyers. Our focus is on clear specifications, straightforward communication and execution that matches the actual requirements of each deal.
We maintain an office in Beirut, Lebanon and an office in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Local and international partners support market access, inspections and shipment coordination where needed.
Our work also happens on farms.

Lebanon — owned farms and orchards
Our agricultural assets include orchards in southern Lebanon and a turnkey greenhouse project in Saida.
Bekaa Valley — trial station
A trial-station initiative in Qab Elias is intended to evaluate crop varieties and growing performance. We do not present trial results until they are available.
Contract farming
We engage in contract-farming arrangements in Lebanon, Nigeria and Kenya, with programs and available supply dependent on each crop and season.
